If you cancel your booking, refunds on amounts paid beyond the advance payment depend on how early you cancel before the departure date. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable in all cases.

1. What happens if I cancel up to 14 days before departure?
You will receive 100% of the booking amount refunded, excluding the advance payment.

2. What if I cancel within 14 days before departure?
You will receive 50% of the booking amount refunded, excluding the advance payment.

3. What if I cancel 24 hours before departure?
You will receive 25% of the booking amount refunded, excluding the advance payment.

4. What if I cancel less than 24 hours before departure?
Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.

Are there any exceptions?

In certain situations, you may submit a written request via email explaining a genuine and verifiable reason for cancellation. Arrivo Ventures Pvt. Ltd., operating as Term Break, may review such requests and may grant a full or partial refund on compassionate grounds at its sole discretion.
